2017 Seasonal Water Turn-On Update (10 April 2017)

10 April 2017

Last week our technicians had a very productive week making needed repairs on our 75-mile long seasonal water distribution system with a few repairs left for the beginning of this week. The weather is beginning to turn; a welcome sight for us all with temperatures during the day reaching as high as 70 F (or for the rest of the world 21 C).   What is important is that there appears to be a break in the weather where there is no severe night time temperatures predicted.  Even though the matrix below (posted 3 April 2017)  has not changed, rest assured it will significantly change by weeks end with the next steps including: seasonal system flooding; disinfection of the mains, water main flushing and biological testing.  Our distribution professionals are well seasoned and ready to get the 2017 summer season going!  From now until each of our seasonal customers have summer service there will be daily updates posted here.  To be clear, we have two more days of winter damage repair left and then the fun will begin!  please check the matrix early and often to track our progress in bringing you seasonal service for 2017.

SEASONAL STATUS REPORT AS OF 3 APRIL 2017
