Cell Tower Update

I have checked the news outlets as of 0945 today and do not see a story on this subject, but, the video of the meeting is online at the town's web site at http://townhallstreams.com/locations/boothbay-me/events/22162/boothbay_council_chambers

Suffice it to say that the subject request, as indicated below, was denied.

"Request for Reconsideration on Use Variance Application

of Mariner Tower II, LLC and Lucy Ann Spaulding

for wireless telecommunications facility at Ocean Point Road

(Map R9, Lot 12A). Property is located in the Special

Residential zoning district."

If you have an interest in viewing the video, note that it is only 9 minutes long in spite of the fact that the data on the video would suggest it was 2 hours long!
