Mystery cottage identified

My question has been answered. The cottage in my question in my December 11 blog post has been identified. Scroll down to see.

  

Two people, Sue Clark & David Butterworth, identified the mystery cottage as the "Pinkham Cottage". It is located in left center field of the ball field across from the casino. The sign on the side of the cottage reads "ca. 1781"! Wow! That is old.

The co-author of the OP architectural book was Dr. Pinkham, who lived here. The co-author, Kitty Anagnost, is a nearby Middle Road neighbor.
