This EBAY listing shows a photo and this description: "C/1920 Glass Negative BOOTHBAY MAINE Ocean Point Cottage".

 Just as a FYI, the "C/1920" means Circa 1920.

 Note this is not a postcard,but a Glass Negative (whatever that is?).

    It's the Pinkham cottage at the end of the ball field on Middle Road. Yellow now with red trim..
