Ocean Point Column
November 5,2015
By Maryellen Bertrand
Although the Ocean Point news is on the light side this week
(I suspect people are settling in to their late fall/winter routines) there is
exciting news to share from Hilary (Hornor) Boynton. As many of you know Hilary
wrote and published a book last year titled “The Heal Your Gut Cookbook” which
has sold over 32,00 copies thus far. The success of her book has inspired
Hilary to start her own food show called Yum Yum.
Her show will focus on what good nutritional cooking and
eating is all about and she will begin with a televised series of 8 shows The
series will explore the power of food as medicine in an upbeat and fun way.
Hilary is seeking support for her endeavor both financially
(if possible) as well as guidance and advice in making her series a success. Hilary
is organizing a crowd funding campaign to finance her program and you can
assist by going to the Indiegogo website to sign up. Hilary would like you to share
this information with as many people as possible. Hilary currently has a
website, www.hilaryboynton.com and her book is available at Amazon. Her first
“live” show will be on Friday November 6. Her goal of course is that the show
will go viral and eventually be picked up by a network. All the best to you
Hilary, we wish you great success.
Rusty Court provided a beautiful picture of sunrise at
Grimes Cove that can be viewed on the blog and Pam Nolan posted one of the hunter’s
moon. Thanks to all who provide wonderful pictures to share all throughout the
year but especially in the off-season, it certainly keeps all of us charged
during our absence.
Have a great week!
