  1. There are alternatives to large unsightly cell towers and AT&T leads in this technology apparently. There are several links to information in this article http://iputney.com/article.php?story=20140212102921596. Antenna technology and size is shrinking every year. Before we are stuck with a huge unsightly tower, the alternatives should be evaluated. It is quite possible that two or three DAS units well placed on existing OP utility poles will solve AT&T''s issues. The tower company has it in their profits interests to stick this large tower on Ocean Point - they wont have to drive by it every day - by boat or car. Ocean Point is a national treasure for it's natural beauty. A huge cell tower that can be enlarged at will once a variance is granted is not the way to go - at least until alternatives are fully considered.
