Ship shapes on the horizon

Things we'd be talking about if you were here.
Mysterious shapes in the distance. The first two photos were taken the same afternoon (March 17) headed east. As you can see in the first photo, there was a large tug pulling a barge type ship.
Today, March 27, the vessel in the third photo was headed west. Same vessell?? Only if it had some superstructure added and took on weight so that it rides lower.
